The lighting panels of the Peacock™ WrapAround® upright tanning booth system fit closely around your entire body, completely wrapping you in an even, warm glow, whatever your size may be. Bringing the indoor tanning booth bulbs close to the body provides uniform tanning coverage and creates a better, faster, more beautiful looking tan; all the while occupying less space than old-fashioned professional tanning beds.

Unlike Peacock™ tanning booths, indoor tanning beds lack uniform light distribution. The tanning rays are concentrated on the back of the user, leaving the front, and especially the sides, less exposed. This is often called the “Side Stripe Syndrome”. Not a problem with a Peacock™ upright tanning booth.

Closer UV panel positions allow for some of the fastest tanning sessions possible, and the open-air design is perfect for people on the go!

For every inch between the body and the bulbs, you get a large drop in UVA light intensity. When you lie down on a hard, plastic surface, the areas under the hips, shoulder-blades and back are under pressure. This reduces the blood flow to those areas, which prevents normal tanning and causes unsightly ‘white spots’, resulting in an artificial-looking tan. Naturally, standing up in a Peacock™ results in a more natural-looking tan.

The hygienic vertical design eliminates sanitation concerns, while acrylic safety shields prevent accidental contact with bulbs.
